Support the Ukrainian Army
One of the best you can do to help Ukraine is to donate to Ukrainian Armed
Forces. There is a big need for equipment, armored vehicles, fuel, and
ammunition, which are expensive and must be purchased in large quantities
every day. There are two official ways how to donate. The first one is
by the National Bank of Ukraine: Support The Armed
Forces.
The second one is donating to the official organization Come Back Alive:
Save Life Donate.
Check news sources
It’s important to read proven news channels such as BBC News to keep an ear to
the ground.
Help refugees
There are a lot of people who were made to leave their homes without no
belongings and savings. Just be kind. You can shelter them, and help with
food, medicine, or other necessities.
Send humanitarian supplies
Delivering the right things can sometimes be even better than sending
money. There is a guide on how to do it here: How To Help Ukraine Now.
Join a protest in your city
The world must know about the genocide in Central Europe. It’s also important
to attract the attention of the authorities. Here is the list of protests
abroad: Stop Putin.
Protest and boycott companies that are not withdrawing from Russia
Every ruble paid in taxes to Russia turns into the deaths of thousands
of Ukrainians. Find the up to date info on companies here: Dont
Fund War.
Hire Ukrainians and buy Ukrainian products
Not only donations are helpful for Ukraine and its economy, but new projects
with Ukrainian companies, too. By hiring Ukrainians you no longer just
pay salaries. You support the entire economy. You support democracy and
freedom. You save lives. The same concerns with buying from Ukrainian brands.
Post on social media
Do not let the world forget that people continue dying every day. Use
only verified information and correct wording. It’s not the “Ukrainian-Russian
conflict”, it’s the “Ukrainian-Russian war”. Russian troops in Ukraine
are not “peacekeepers”, they are invaders. The so-called “L/DPR” in eastern
Ukraine is not “self-declared republics” or “breakaway regions”, they are
the Russian puppet republics. The occupying forces are not “Russia-backed
separatists” or “rebels”, they are Russian-formed, led, and financed proxy
forces. Share as much fact-based information about Russian aggression as
you can.
Join the Foreign Legion and fight for peace in Europe
Ukraine invites all foreign citizens with combat experience to join in
its fight. There is a need not only for military professionals but also
for signallers, sappers, doctors, cooks, engineers, and many others. You
can learn more here: Entry Into Foreign Legion Of Territorial Defense Of Ukraine.
